German Testing Day 2015 - Kap Europa, Frankfurt am Main

This year's German Testing Day will take place on July 16th from 8 am to 6 pm in Kap Europa, Frankfurt am Main, including an evening event on July 15. RapidRep supports the German Testing Day as partner and we are looking forward to welcome you at our booth in the accompanying exhibition! Here we will offer live demonstrations of the RapidRep Test Suite and will be happy to answer your questions.

In addition we would like to draw your attention to the presentation of methodics by Werner Märkl, FINARIS business manager, on the topic "Constructive and analytic quality assurance in regulatory projects of the financial industry." The presentation will be given in German at 2:20 pm in Track 3. Mr. Märkl will elaborate on the application of rule books for quality assurance based on practical experience and applications in projects of the financial industry.

Marcus Evans Conference, Frankfurt am Main, 24.-25.February 2015

FINARIS has attended with RapidRep as sponsor and exhibitor the 2nd annual conference "(Agile) test management and quality assurance in banks and insurance companies" organized by the Marcus Evans group at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt on the 24th and 25th of February, 2015. On February 25, Werner Märkl, business manager of FINARIS, gave a presentation on the topic "Constructive and analytic quality assurance in regulatory projects." In this he could draw on the experience of successful applications of the RapidRep Software Suite in projects on ECB stress test, EBA funding plan and BCBS 239.

Conference on Software, Testing and Quality (STQ) on 16.10.2014

We cordially invite you to the STQ conference in Baden-Wuerttemberg in October, where FINARIS will be present with a RapidRep exhibition stand and a presentation!

Mr. Werner Märkl, managing director of FINARIS, and Mr. Hans-Peter Möller, senior project manager of DekaBank, will give a presentation at 12 pm in Track 2 on the topic „Constructive and analytic quality assurance by means of model-based testing”.

EBA Stress test: FINARIS provides expertise and the right tool

As part of the required regulatory testing of asset quality and the stress test in 2014, several banks have charged FINARIS with implementing core tasks and responsibilities. In addition to consultants with experience and know-how, FINARIS successfully uses its own RapidRep Reporting Suite in these projects.

Over the past twelve years, FINARIS could already prove specialist know-how in areas like regulatory reporting or market risk in different projects of the financial sector. Especially with the “toughest stress test” for European banks (The Guardian, 29/04/2014), however, the RapidRep Software developed by FINARIS also shows its strengths particularly well: high volumes of data have to be tested and provided in a repeatable and transparent manner.
